Meet Christie Ross — the heart, soul, and spark behind Tin Can 🤍✨ From learning to bake in her Nana’s Ramsey kitchen at nine years old to running a custom cake business for over a decade, Christie has always believed in good flavors, good people, and good moments.
Her passion for intimate gatherings (and a serious love for all things sweet + Southern) eventually inspired what Tin Can is today — a cozy, creative space for treats, drinks, and community.
When she’s not baking up magic, you can usually find Christie serving smiles, mixing up something delicious, and singing off-key 70s + 80s hits with zero shame 🎶

Opening inside the historic Tuxedo Train Station, The Station will be a warm, inviting community café where commuters, locals, hikers, and weekend wanderers can grab exceptional espresso drinks, house-made pastries, seasonal specialties, and small bites, all infused with the nostalgic charm Tin Can is known for.

Feeling a little foolish this morning but it looks like Dash the coffee truck needed a little espresso recharge this morning ☕🔌
I did all the things last night…cleaned, fueled, stocked milk, washed dishes, folded towels, then forgot the most important part: plugging him in!
